Diane studied Pure Mathematics at university and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with KPMG in 1999. She became a fellow of the institute (FCA) in 2011.
Diane has a background of project management and CFO roles in banking, as well as general audit, prior to taking a career break to raise her young children and setting up de garis accounting.
Diane delivers a refreshingly personal and caring attitude towards offering an accountancy service in Guernsey. Her aim is to provide an exceptionally high level of customer and business care to individuals and businesses on the island.
Diane is a certified QuickBooks and Xero advisor – and loves cloud accounting and the change it can make to small businesses.
On a more personal note…Diane is married to Rick and they have two children. She loves spending time with her family, especially off exploring in their campervan!
Mandy Pratt BA FCMA CGMA
Mandy studied German at the University of Warwick and became CIMA qualified in 2007 while working in the commercial sector, becoming a fellow of the institute in 2017.
Mandy also has a background in audit, financial control and working at board level as Finance Director. Mandy is an excellent strategist and has a way of seeing the best way forward for a business.
Mandy loves working with small to medium size businesses and helping them achieve their growth potential – whether that be advising on systems, raising finance, assisting with an acquisition or even exit planning. She is also an expert in cash flow modelling and everything related to budgeting and forecasting.
Mandy is a certified Xero advisor and an expert in SAGE and other accounting systems.
Mandy is married to Roger and they have two children. She loves running (slowly) and spending time outdoors with her family, preferably in the sunshine!
